We LOVE pets! Join us for a night of painting your pet, email us a photo of your pet after booking your seat & we will pre-sketch your pet for you!
To allow us adequate time to sketch, please submit your photos no later than 7 days before the event. EARLIER IS BETTER! The photo must be clear and well-lit. Email photo to [email protected]

The studio’s door opens 15 minutes before and closes 15 minutes after the starting time. Arriving later would be considered a no-show-up! Unless you notify us before the starting time by calling (03) 9852 8772.

Event Photos & Videos
We take a lot of photos and videos of our classes for Facebook and other forms of social media. If you do not want to be included in such photos, please advise a staff member upon arrival. If we inadvertently include you in a social media picture, please contact the studio and we will happily remove it upon request.
We also send a group photo to all the participants in the session.
You can make the payment by cash or card. However, online payment is subject to a non-refundable surcharge of 2.5%+ $0.30 when you choose ‘Paypal’ or ‘Credit card’, you can choose ‘direct bank transfer’ in checkout to skip the surcharge.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking at any time, up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. We can reschedule your booking to a more convenient date or provide a refund to the card used for booking.
Should something unexpected come up and you need to cancel or reschedule within the 72-hour window, please note that there is a $38 rebooking fee per seat for the workshops with similar duration and value. Because of the limited seating available in our studio, be aware that “no email, no shows” will be charged the full amount of the class without a refund.
Please note: Group Bookings of 4 to 15 painters may be canceled up to 1 week before the scheduled session, and Group Bookings; elsewise each seat may incur a $38 rebooking fee.

Classes require a certain number of enrolments to proceed. Courses that do not meet minimum enrolment levels may be canceled. Participants will be notified by email of a cancellation 72 hours prior to the course start date. In the case of cancellation, a transfer, credit, or full refund will be offered.
If the Government requires our studios to remain closed at the time of your session, we will issue you a credit voucher valid for 3 years.
If the Government requires us to reduce the capacity of our studios, we will issue you a credit voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your booking to another session of your choice (subject to availability and capacity).
