You can make the payment by cash or card. However, online payment is subject to a surcharge of 2.5%+ $0.30 when you choose ‘Paypal’ or ‘Credit card’, you can choose ‘direct bank transfer’ in checkout to skip the surcharge.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking at any time, up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. We can reschedule your booking to a more convenient date or provide a refund to the card used for booking.
Should something unexpected come up and you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, please note that there is a $25 re-booking fee per seat for the workshops with similar duration and value. Because of the limited seating available in our studio, be aware that “no call, no shows” will be charged the full amount of the class without refund.
Please note: Group Bookings of 4 to 15 painters may be cancelled up to 1 week before the scheduled session, and Group Bookings; elsewise each seat may incur a $25 re-booking fee.
Classes require a certain number of enrolments to proceed. Courses that do not meet minimum enrolment levels may be cancelled. Participants will be notified by email of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the course start date. In the case of cancellation a transfer, credit or full refund will be offered.
